It’s Time Texas is a statewide 501(c)(3) non-profit organization bringing people, communities, and organizations together to take action that support health for all, now and for generations to come. At It’s Time Texas, we believe that every Texan should have an equal opportunity to live a long and healthy life, but we recognize that social and environmental factors have long prevented that vision from becoming a reality.

Through the generosity of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas’s Healthy Kids, Healthy Families grant, It’s Time Texas awarded multiple sub-grants of funding up totaling $300,000 to community-based organizations who are able to mobilize and rapidly deploy resources where they are needed most within four designated areas of Texas. The funding supports the delivery of effective programs and services that improve critical health outcomes and addresses root causes of health disparities, removes barriers to access, and advances community conditions for health and wellness that improves resilience in the face of COVID-19. We are excited to watch these chosen organizations grow and help their communities at large!
